The use of our website and its content is intended for personal and non-commercial use.

You may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish, redistribute, retransmit, publicly display, publicly perform or create derivative works from the brand or website’s content without first obtaining written permission from Colder Shoulder. Colder Shoulder reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in any content you download, reproduce, print, redistribute or store from this website.


Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to buy from this store. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). All prices are inclusive of VAT (as applicable).

Delivery

We deliver using Royal Mail Signed-for in the UK. Delivery time is estimated to be 3-5 working days. All parcels are to be signed for at the transaction details address. The UK delivery charge is normally £2.50 if shipped alone, or £1.50 if shipped with others.


Goods

All sizes and measurements are approximate. Goods are subject to availability. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return items ordered within 7 days of receipt of the order. Items must be returned unworn and with the original packaging in perfect condition. Refunds will be made to the original card used to make payment. Returns are sent at your expense, and must be sent with a note quoting your order number. Please ask the Post office for a proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The post office will supply a tracking number if you send it by recorded delivery. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

We respect your privacy. We ask for your details to enable us to fulfil your order and communicate with you. We will send you newsletters from time to time to inform you about updates and special offers. If you do not wish to receive email newsletters simply unsubscribe or send an email to info[at]coldershoulder.com. Our online shop is hosted by Indie Labs, and Indie Labs including its service providers, parent entity and affiliates, have access to aggregated information related to the shop customers in order for Indie Labs to analyze performance and make improvements to Indie Labs’ Services and products.
